WHAT TO EXPECT

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR CANCELLATIONS?

Any bookings made online will require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment.

Same day Rescheduling/Cancelling will result in a 50% cancellation charge being applied.

Sadly if you are more than 15 minutes late I may be forced to cancel the appointment, which would result in a cancellation charge. Please call/message so I can try to accommodate you.

Patch tests for Lash/Brow services are ESSENTIAL. I have the right to turn anyone away if the correct patch testing has not been carried out. These are FREE and can booked online, over the phone or in person.

PRE & POST CARE FOR LVL

Before you come to your appointment, please make sure your lashes are free from waterproof mascara, lash glue and lash extensions.

Please make sure any eye makeup & contact lenses have been removed.

​

Please note that the lashes have to be kept dry for 24hrs after the treatment, if you wash your hair/face daily, do it before you come!

Its is very important to look after your lash health. I urge each client to consider using a Lash&Brow Conditioning Serum, I sell these for £20 and they last FOREVER!

Lastly, enjoy maintenance free lashes for 8 weeks!
